Therapeutic Approach

I utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to your individual needs, combining proven techniques to support your unique journey toward wellness and personal growth.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps you identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. By understanding the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions, you can develop healthier coping strategies and improve your overall well-being.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT focuses on developing skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. This approach is particularly effective for managing intense emotions and improving relationships.

Solutions-Focused Therapy

This goal-oriented approach focuses on your strengths and resources to create positive change. Rather than dwelling on problems, we work together to identify practical solutions and build on what's already working in your life.

SMART Goals Framework

Together, we'll develop Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals that provide clear direction for your therapeutic journey. This structured approach helps track progress and celebrate achievements along the way.

A Personalized Approach

While I draw from these established therapeutic frameworks, I recognize that every client is unique. Your treatment plan will be customized to align with your specific goals, preferences, and circumstances. Together, we'll determine which approaches work best for you.
